Returns/Exchanges

Damages:

All shipments are carefully packaged and inspected for accuracy prior to shipment. Shipments must be carefully inspected upon receipt as they become property of the buyer upon delivery. If you notice any damage you should make note of it on the freight bill when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@lamppostsdecor.com immediately within 24 hours and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Damage or loss not signed for on the delivery receipt may not be considered.

 

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges and a restocking fee of 25% will be deducted from your credit. The original shipping fee will be deducted from your credit as part of the return. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Returns due to manufacturing defects:

Items will be returnable for full credit within 30 days and restocking fee will not apply. We reservice the right to repair or to supply replacement parts to correct the issue.

Unauthorized Returns:

If products were returned due to undeliverable address, credit will be issued on the original invoice for the product only less 25% restocking fee. Outbound freight charges will not be credited. Product will reship and be re-billed upon the issuance of a new purchase order.
